1 sour cream
a mustard spoon
caciocavallo cheese chopped in cubes
olives or pickles
Wash the cucumber and cut it on thin strips. Mix sour cream with mustard. Coat the strips of the cucumber with a sour cream, then put a slice of Tunino bologna salami, wrap and fasten it with a toothpick. This process is repeated until all the ingredients are consumed, and eventually align everything on the serving table. If desired, decorate with cherry tomato, caciocavallo cheese, olives and cucumbers.
