Pasta with Tunino smoked fillets

• 100 gr of Tunino smoked tuna fillet
• 1 medium onion and 1 leek
• 300 g of spaghetti
• cooking cream
• Parmesan cheese
• salt, pepper


Stew the onion and leek in a little oil and water. Once it’sa bitstewed, add Tunino smoked tuna fillets cut into small cubes. Add the cooking cream and let it simmer until the cream is mildly thickened. Add salt and pepper according to to your liking. Spaghetti should be cooked, decant and coat with sauce and mix it all over. Add a little Parmesan and a handful of tiny Tunino cubes to your liking.
